Our Experience
HealthNET has a successful track record of assisting clients across the nation with large-scale, complex MEDITECH implementations. A sampling of our MEDITECH engagements in the following locations includes:

Texas – Program and project management of MEDITECH implementations for a nationwide healthcare system with 39 hospitals and more than 2,000 physician practices. HealthNET provided program and project management as well as analytical support for many acquisitions, contract management and conversions from other vendor systems to MEDITCEH Expanse. Managed the largest MEDITECH go-live across 18 hospitals in a three-month period during COVID.

New Hampshire – IT strategy, system selection, contracting, and implementation services for MEDITECH Expanse. HealthNET provided project management, MEDITECH READY-certified consultants, integration, data conversion, and legacy archiving expertise. This organization was an early adopter of web-based Ambulatory.

Pennsylvania – Project management, application analytical support, and go-live support for MEDITECH conversion from Client / Server to Expanse. The project was a two phased implementation – Phase I was Acute, and Phase II was Ambulatory. HealthNET managed a successful go-live of Acute having assumed the role of project manager with the project in flight after replacing two previous PMs. Subsequently, remained in place as project management for a successful, on-time and on-budget Ambulatory implementation.
