Margaret is a former CIO and has 25+ years of healthcare experience including information systems management, strategic and tactical planning, software implementations, and program and project management in clinical, administrative and financial areas. Recently she served as IT Program Manager at Steward Health Care for the acquisition of five Florida hospitals and physician practices and the implementation of MEDITECH Expanse. Prior to that, Margaret program managed the MEDITECH implementation of 18 Steward Health Care hospitals across Arizona, Texas, Utah, Arkansas, and Louisiana using READY methodology and PMO standards and practices. All 18 hospitals went LIVE on MEDITECH in less than three months during COVID, with successful results that included being on-time and on-budget.
