UKG Consulting Services
Let us help you implement and optimize UKG Pro Workforce Management™ (formerly known as UKG Dimensions®) successfully, so you can focus on delivering quality, cost-effective care to the communities you serve. HealthNET consultants are experts in healthcare workforce management and UKG solutions. We understand the importance of meeting the needs of your entire workforce — from administrative staff to clinicians.
“Adventist HealthCare recently installed UKG Pro Workforce Management for 6,000+ employees. HealthNET’s consultants provided valuable guidance and expertise throughout the project. Not only did they give us solid recommendations on how best to configure our new system — they rolled up their sleeves to help us build it, test it, and train users on it. I highly recommend HealthNET to any healthcare organization implementing UKG.”

Our Experience
HealthNET has a successful track record of assisting clients with large-scale, complex UKG implementations. A sampling of our UKG engagements in the following locations includes:
Maryland – Pro Workforce Management migration at a five-hospital health system with 6,000 employees, supporting the project in multiple ways, including workflow process improvement, creation of implementation schedule, system design and build, testing, super-user training, progress reports, and go-live support.
Massachusetts – System selection services for a metro Boston academic health system where UKG was ultimately chosen. HealthNET also provided system design and implementation services, including pay practice alignment across the health system, timekeeping, advanced scheduler, patient acuity and workload management.
Pennsylvania – Pay practice alignment and Dimensions migration at a 7-hospital health system with 22 urgent care facilities, 14,000+ employees, and 2,200 physicians. Prior to HealthNET’s assistance, the health system operated four disparate HR/payroll systems and three disparate time and attendance systems. Today, the health system has one HR/payroll system and one time and attendance system for all employees. Workforce management staff are centralized, and resources can be shared easily across the entire organization.
