Georgia – Managed the EHR system selection where Oracle Cerner was ultimately chosen, including functional specification requirements, RFP development, script and demo coordination, vendor evaluation, total cost of ownership, contracting, and implementation planning. Provided project management for pre-implementation preparation & clean up, as well as project management and support of the Oracle Cerner implementation.
New York –Implemented multiple Cerner Millennium remote-hosted systems, resulting in cohesive clinical and financial goals for the institution. Managed and coordinated the remote and on-site implementation team (50+ members), resulting in successful design, build, and testing. Met project milestones and remained within a fixed budget.
New Jersey – Provided IT advisory & strategy, system selection, contracting, and implementation services for numerous projects for this academic health system. HealthNET provided project management and application analytical support for the Oracle Cerner implementation. Subsequently, coordinated system optimization, IT department leadership, and application management services for on-going support of their Oracle Cerner EHR.
