Our Team’s Experience
HealthNET has a successful track record of assisting clients with large-scale, complex Epic implementations. A sampling of our Epic consulting engagements in the following locations includes:
Indiana – Academic medical center and safety net hospital with multiple ambulatory centers and social services throughout the county. Provided IT strategy, system selection, advisory and implementation services to this public sector health system. During its implementation, HealthNET provided project managers, Epic applications consultants, analysts, Bridges interface expertise, data conversion and archiving assistance.
Pennsylvania – Provided IT strategy, system selection, contracting, and implementation planning services for this health system. For its initial Epic implementation, HealthNET developed and maintained the project budget, coordinated project resources, and provided project management, application and analytical support. Additionally, HealthNET provided program and project management for the acquisition of six hospitals and ambulatory practices. Subsequently, HealthNET provided IT strategy, budgeting, Epic and 3rd party contracting, and project management for the extension of Epic to their newly acquired hospitals.
Massachusetts – Program and project management for Epic implementation and roll-out at a large academic health system. HealthNET provided resources for several Epic implementations across its hospitals and ambulatory centers, including program and project managers, IT HR resources planning and application analytical support. Managed the optimization effort and coordinated 3rd party applications and contracting.
